Prostate Cancer Research Foundation (SWOP)

The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation is closely related to the Department of Urology of the Erasmus MC, University and Medical Centre of Rotterdam. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. F.H. Schröder, the ERSPC screening study is being conducted, which will continue to explore and determine the value of early detection of prostate cancer.

The goal of the foundation is the financial support of scientific research projects in the field of prostate cancer specifically and of other cancers of the urinary tract in general.
